FWIW, there was a long discussion on that bill down in the Gungeon. The people touting the issue loudest is the Brady Gun Control Group.

The list they are talking about is W's "Terrorist Watch List", the same one that had Ted Kennedy on it for a while.

Nobody knows how they got on it or how to get off it. The ACLU isn't too crazy about the idea either and come to think of it, neither am I.

I don't like the idea of finding out when I go to buy a new Browning 12 gauge that I'm on some secret list, that I can't see or have my attorney access, because some Young Republican in training at Homeland security didn't like the way I spelled my last name or some club I belonged to in College.

When I was a kid, Santa Claus, Christmas Trees, etc. were considered sacrilege. A way of polluting the true meaning of Christmas. And this is what I was taught in Sunday School, Now these Christian phonies could give a shit. It truly shows how watered down their morals have become.
