Why don't we have Zero Tolerance for Republican hypocrisy?

Our society is already "zero tolerant" for dozens of things that are designed to protect public safety in a binary fashion.

Drugs, weapons, three strikes you're out - for life. Mandatory sentencing laws to name few.

And we have other things that approach zero tolerance like , Republicans and gay marriage. The media and truth. The religious right and anything that is sane, fair and just. They just simply have zero-tolerance for anything non-Christian.

Well now we have a war that is DRAGGING on and we have a President that is a DRAG on all of us, a conservative administration that has ZERO Tolerance for telling the truth.

And still we try to separate ourselves so far form them that we forget we NEED a little ZERO TOLERANCE once in a awhile. We need it now for hypocrisy coming from the right. We need zero tolerance for the continued waste of life and money on this stupid, STUPID WAR.

2. Zero Tolerance was designed as a punishment

system by the rulers (schools/corporate/gov) specifically for punishing little people.

We can easily see today that there's near infinite tolerance for all sorts of crime if you're at or near the top of hierarchy.

I remember being quite maddened when I read in the newspaper, perhaps it was around the decade of the late 80s (not sure precisely), that public schools were going to be adopting Zero Tolerance toward certain narrow behaviors, drugs if I recall correctly. However, private schools had been using Zero Tolerance for many years, for many things: Swearing, Poor dress, Homosexuality, etc.

Don't worry, or be afraid, Zero Tolerance has a built in check and balance. The last laugh will be upon the leaders. As more and more people who live their lives with the Zero Tolerance ideals they were taught, the Zero Tolerance will be aimed at those leaders. The outward ripple of its effect is inevitable so long as Zero Tolerance continues to be a mass phenomenon promulgated first and foremost in the schools and against the students.
