I thought they were on the rocks over poppy trying to tell jr. what to do last winter, you don't suppose that rover's sacking was nothing more jr. rolling over and showing his belly to the old mutt? By the way where was that ugly old cur babs hiding this weekend? Could she have been in DC laying down the law?

1. The big happy family was all assembled at Kennybunkport, having

a good ole time. Pics were up of all of them (not the daughters, but everyone else, AND the French prez!, though his wife was ill, ahem).

2. The Guardian, I believe, said she was shopping with some friends,

so she must have recovered soon after he left France.

I think those one-on-one boat trips Poppa and Jr. have been taking may have had a bigger meaning than looking for a good fishing spot.
