The most shocking statement in the report came from the voting paper worker
who was ordered to create the Palm Beach ballots incorrectly.

He knew they were incorrect, and refuse to do it, until someone above him
ordered it, and signed off, on the incorrect ballots.

Sequoia knew the havoc it was creating.
