Bank of America raises ATM fees to $3
The bank says surcharges for non-customers will make its ATM network, the largest in the United States, more convenient for its customers.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- Bank of America Corp. has raised surcharges for non-customers at most of its ATMs nationwide to $3 from $2.

The Charlotte-based bank, which has more than 17,000 ATMs, made the change in most markets in July and August, spokeswoman Betty Riess said.

Arun Abey, co-author of "How much is enough?" explains how to build wealth for retirement.
