1. The validity of one's message
does not forgive rudeness. He invited Prez, and to introduce him in such an immature, pathetic fashion only serves to reflect badly upon the dean, not the guest. There are better ways to bring attention to Prez's actions, acting like a child is not the most effective, or even socially acceptable, way to do it.

7. You could understand his
attitude though, motha-fuckin-press with the pressure and spinning add to his demeanor, yet I still think he has helped further the feelings to wards Americans...of not being too bright.

2. Other.
He might not have been absolutely right in everyone else's mind, but he was doing what he thought best.

3. It was a rude, cowardly tirade.
I lost respect for the man. I know he was frantically trying to cover his ass, but that was pathetic.

8. would he have
played hard ball with president Bush??????????

Or does he still think that the USA is the "freest" ha ha ha please, country in the world and that the USA respects human rights more than everyone else? ha ha ha please Spain, the Netherlands and Belgium are 3 countries that have legalized gay marriage with adoption and decriminalized the use and possession of drugs so it is safe to say that people in these countries are more free and that human rights are more respected than in the USA. But of course people, especiall in the "free" media rarely if ever question the president.

12. The way it was done was inappropriate. As a host he should maintain a certain neutrality.

14. Here it is
"Mr. President, you exhibit all the signs of a petty and cruel dictator," Bollinger said, to loud applause.

He said Ahmadinejad's denial of the Holocaust might fool the illiterate and ignorant.

"When you come to a place like this it makes you simply ridiculous," Bollinger said. "The truth is that the Holocaust is the most documented event in human history."

Ahmadinejad rose, also to applause, and after a religious invocation, said Bollinger's opening was: "an insult to information and the knowledge of the audience here."

"There were insults and claims that were incorrect, regretfully," Ahmadinejad said, accusing Bollinger of falling under the influence of the hostile U.S. press and politicians.

"I should not begin by being affected by this unfriendly treatment," he said.
