When did congress pass a law about being American???

I've searched my memory as far back as I can remember, when did congress pass a law that says republicans have the right to tell a person if they are an American or something else.

You hear it every time one of the citizens of this country has a complaint about what is happening in Iraq. How our military are being killed and no plan to act there, and no plan to get them out. You hear it when ever you object to having your phone tapped, you email searched. The republicans scream you aren't an American you don't submit to bush.

So we come to this, if you don't bow to bush and his wishes, you are not an American. If you don't agree with his ruthlessness in Iraq, in the killing of innocents, the torture, the giving away of our tax money to the church of his choice, to companies like Halliburton, Bechtol and all the other crooked money stealer's. Well damn, you're not an American you are a terrorist or worst. You don't agree with bush.

And you know according to the republicans, that's the key if you disagree with bush, if you don't do any and every thing he wants, than you are not an American. We know because we republicans like coulter, rush, the Fox Slime Team, and Beck will tell you if you are allowed to be Americans.
