First the FLOODS, then the FIRES, what's next PESTILENCE?
Edited on Wed Oct-24-07 07:53 PM by BigBearJohn

  • Unprecedented extinction of animal life, plant life and marine life
  • Destruction of the Constitution
  • Destruction of the Middle Class
  • $4 Trillion? in debt (yes, we DO care about the welfare of children)
  • Millions lose their homes to fire and bankruptcy.
  • Destruction of the American Dream
  • An Administration that values war profits more than the welfare of its children
  • Global warming that threatens to suck the life out of the planet

I'm sure glad impeachment is off the table. Why not wait 'til after the
Apocalypse. What's the hurry?

The good news is the President will be visiting California. After all, he is
not insensitive to the pain and suffering of the people he serves.

So, as a gesture of his good will, he plans to drop off plenty of weiners and
marshmallows for everyone.

The President wants to make sure that we have all that we need.

OOPS! I shouldn't have said that. I apologize. Oh p'shaw.. I was just jokin.
I hope that with this apology I will become as insignificant as I should be.

I think we've already had locusts if you count Halliburton, KBR, Blackwater and the other corporations profiteering from the war.

6. WWPRS (What would Pat Robertson say?) Guess I better apologize, too.
I want to get out in front of the Dem leadership, and apologize profusely for the same reasons that you do.

I have been insignificant ever since I opposed the inevitable "war" against Iraq that was coming afte 9/11, right after that event. We are clinging to Social Security by a thread, but we have lost every other battle. So, I apologize for ever thinking our Dem leaders would ever really truly put up a fight, and I apologize for ever hoping that I am anything but insignificant.

Anyway, I apologize to Pat Robertson, too. For being critical of him, before he even opens his mouth on the fires. Even though we know what's coming.

14. The Bush admin is clearly some curse upon us
What have we done? I was thinking if we can't blame this on them-well we've lost our stones. Apparently everything is connected. I'm sure Bush/Fema SOMEONE did something to make this worse. They always do.

Frankly I'm thinking Nostradamus. WHY not? We all thought it was that Sept moi thing-well it came didn't it? Just not in 1999.

I do not believe that BushCO gives one crap about what will be left for future generations...
As long as they have theirs, now,...the rest can go to hell.

26. Perfect timing for another 9-11 attack. Our National Guard almost all used up,
the California wildfires using up more resources, all the things the OP cited,--I'm surprised they don't take advantage of the situation for another major strike (unless it is "we" who are striking ourselves, of course)

30. disaster of biblical proportions - dogs and cats living together
Who ya gonna call???

Dr. Peter Venkman: This city is headed for a disaster of biblical proportions.
Mayor: What do you mean, "biblical"?
Dr Ray Stantz: What he means is Old Testament, Mr. Mayor, real wrath-of-God type stuff.
Dr. Peter Venkman: Exactly.

Dr Ray Stantz: Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies. Rivers and seas boiling.
Dr. Egon Spengler: Forty years of darkness. Earthquakes, volcanoes...
Winston Zeddemore: The dead rising from the grave.
Dr. Peter Venkman: Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together - mass hysteria.
