Is the "Surge" Working or is it a News Blackout?

If I didn't know better "sarcasm" it seems like all is well with the War.

Can't remember when I've heard a "MSM" report on the War.

1. hmmmm?
I've been wondering myself. Its been the worst year so far. Although it would be great if conditions improved and we could withdraw our troops, it's more likely a calm before the storm once again.

6. CNN just had a 2 sentence statement from a "reporter"

She said the number of soldiers killed is lower.

Gave total number of soldiers that have died since the beginning of the War.

END of her story ~ I vote news black out.

And about 15 minutes later they had this darling African American little girl that was waiting for her daddy to come home from Iraq.

He walks in to her classroom to surprise her ~ it was a beautiful scene.

Beautiful but what about the others that are still there?

I vote news Blackout.

Where is Michael Ware?

2. Where are the reports from Michael Ware and Lara Logan?
I think it's quite telling that we hear NOTHING from people on the ground in Iraq. I used to hear something from these two every week, but silence since the 'surge'. Guess our fuhrer is taking lessons of Musharaff -- shut up the press and the judges, sounds like our punk kid's plan.
