HELP! How do I "hide" a URL link behind a phrase?

My blog name ia "Dispatches from the Hotel Pastiche," but its URL is http://finigreenmachine.blogspot.com/ . I'd like for folks to see just the blog name in my signature line and to click on it to visit The Hotel Pastiche.

2. Open a new post and just above subject there is a box Message options...click

on HTML lookup table. That should help you.
