Chris Matthews claimed, "Deceit is what drives me crazy," but what about Giuliani's "deceit"?
http://mediamatters.org/items/200711070006?f=h_latest

Summary: A New York Times article quoted Chris Matthews saying, "Deceit is what drives me crazy, either by Bill Clinton or the hawks in this administration." However, Media Matters for America has documented several instances in which Matthews has failed to note "deceit" by Rudy Giuliani. Despite evidence of Giuliani's "deceit," Matthews routinely praises Giuliani and his candidacy.

4. It took him 5 years to take his eyes off Bush's cod piece and see the deceit - and the Clinton hate
is just her lack of a cod piece - in my opinion.

5. Giuliani's deceit tops the list..................
he said he wanted to be a priest

he said he didn't know marrying his cousin for 14yrs was against the Catholic church

he said he was a Liberal

he said he was against abortion

he said he was against guns

he deceived his 2nd wife and children by having an affair with his prostate massaging nurse

he announced on local news television he was divorcing his wife, so much for facing her down

he said the radios for the cops & fireman were okay and then later changed his testimony

he said it was safe to work on the Trade Center piles, decieved now sick workers

he said he was almost killed, darn

he said he was constantly at the Trade Center, I guess being at the baseball ballgame counts

he said he saw 911 comings, heck he didn't even realing the first Trade Center bombing was terror related.

he said he would run for the Senate against Hillary, but his prostate changed his mind,

he said he didn't have time for the 911 commission and didn't bother to even showup

he said Bernie Kerick was the best Homeland Sec. money could buy,

he said, he said, Giuliani the great deceiver

6. Could it be, Chris is using the wrong word when he says
"Deceit".

No Group is more deceitful than GOP.

Think again Chris, I have watched you and can tell exactly
when that bee in your bonnet starts swirling around your head.

It is not just Clintons, although they roil you the most.

It is Cemtrists whom your perceive as "slick". They hop back
and forth with a finger to the wind wasting time tryinmg to
figure out what to say in such a way that it will please everyone
and yet no committment has been made.

The GOP including Guilliani come across as direct. I believe this
I Believe that. I will do this. I will not do that.

I see Guillani as just deceitful. When he says what he will do
he does say how he will do it.

Edited on Thu Nov-08-07 09:51 AM by Rob H.
So after sniffing the king-daddy of all liars' jock for 6+ years he's finally decided it's deceit that drives him crazy? Of all the lame-ass excuses for already being batshit insane....
