Kucinich for President 2008, 11808 Lorain Ave, Cleveland, OH 44111
November 8th, 2007
Dear Congressman Kucinich,
I fully support your efforts to impeach Mr. Chenney. Not only have crimes against the Constitution been committed, but they continue to be committed. We have a duty to investigate and prosecute these crimes. Lack of Action is truly an error of histirical proportions and perhaps the end of our Democratic Republic.
The Party refused to impeach President Ronald Reagan over Iran-Contra, and that in my view (and that of many Political Scientists) cost the Democrats the White House. The party also refused to fully investigate and impeach former President George Bush over the BCCI Scandal, and that set the stage for our present condition.
I can assure you that if the party lets these group of criminals walk, I will not vote for the Democratic party in the coming general election, unless you were the candidate, or Mr. Dodd who has also spoken eloquently to defend the Foundational papers of the nation. I fear that the party doesn’t care, and that at that point we have crossed the Rubicon.
Feel free to share this with the leadership and my Congresswoman, Susan A Davis, of the 54th District in California
Sincerely,
|
