Hillary picks new theme song by Christina Aguilera
AP 12/6/07 Senator Hillary Clinton has chosen a new theme song to "pep up"
her campaign for the Democratic Presidential nomination. Her campaign has
choosen Christina Aguilera's "Candyman," with the hopes that it's big band sound
and snappy vocals will appeal to both rural and urban voters.

Clinton was quoted as saying "Some people think I can not get my funk on but I
plan to bring it hard old school dog. Celine Dion's You and I just wasn't getting
the party started. Christina and I roll together."

Hey, uh
I met him out for dinner on a Friday night
He really got me working up an appetite
He had tattoos up and down his arm
There's nothing more dangerous than a boy with charm
He's a one stop shop, makes the panties drop
He's a sweet talkin' sugar coated candyman
A sweet talkin' sugar coated candyman

a few junk pieces but Christina is a full blown talent! And her voice
is a gift.

Although I might be wrong about Hillary using it as a theme song

Edited on Thu Dec-06-07 03:40 PM by karynnj
Lyrics;
http://www.lyrics007.com/Christina%20Aguilera%20Lyrics/Fighter%20Lyrics.html

with lines like:

"After all of the stealing and cheating
You probably think that I hold resentment for you
But, uh uh, oh no, you're wrong
'Cause if it wasn't for all that you tried to do
I wouldn't know just how capable I am to pull through
So I wanna say thank you

'Cause it makes me that much stronger
Makes me work a little bit harder
It makes me that much wiser
So thanks for making me a fighter
Made me learn a little bit faster
Made my skin a little bit thicker
Makes me that much smarter
So thanks for making me a fighter "

Yep I have a teen and yeah I went to MSG to see the last CHistina show with her. Either would be cooler than Celine Dion or Todd Big Head and the Monsters (or whatever they were) - Paul Simon or Bruce Springsteen are SOOOO much cooler.

27. It's a little risqué for a campaign song.
It would be an interesting trend, however. I'd like to see other candidates stick it out there... (fade to dream sequence)
Tom Tancredo - "I like big butts"
Rudy 91u11iani - "Me and Mrs Jones"
Barack Obama - "Sugar Walls"
Fred Thompson - "Dude Look Like a Lady"
