John Dean on Olbermann: "A bungled burglary not in the same league as torture & taping the torture"
"If there's obstruction of justice that's gonna be serious, too." ACLU case is a "real case."

Interview on Countdown tonight - Dec. 12, 2007.

1. Thx J. Dean. I really did not appreciate Tweety comparing
J.G. Liddy with Libby this evening. He made some crack about 'Maybe they should start a law firm' :puke:

The crimes committed by this admin. are so OVER THE TOP, to put it mildly.

3. Olbermann is flabbergasted right now: "It's torture. It's illegal!"
Speaking with Rachel Maddow right now.

2. What about secretly collecting information on Americans or DEFRAUDING,...
,...congress and the American people about "imminent danger" and proclaiming war or DEFRAUDING the American taxpayer into a fucking phenomenal national debt while funneling all that damn money into cronies' pockets or all those obscenely unconstitutional 'signing statements' or the "LOST" TENS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN THE DOD BLACK HOLE or,....

DAYUM!!!

Okay. How much abuse of power and corruption and crimes against the constitution and crimes against the congress and American people DOES IT TAKE to convict this cabal?

WHAT! WHAT?!?!?!!! Martial law (it's all ready right fucking THERE if the people decide ENOUGH)? A draft (that's only going to happen WHEN Iran is pulled into this cabal's WWIII,...perhaps AFTER the next U.S. election - fixed election).

If this cabal hasn't stepped far enough across 'the line', there is no line.

5. Apparently there is no line. It's amazing, isn't it?
That's what Keith is discussing with Rachel right now.

8. I've just about given up hope.
Apparently nothing is severe or evil enough for even a shred of viable opposition, let alone impeachment. Bush is still there. Still smirking. And he'll bomb Iran before he's done.

7. I can't post, but Crooks & Liars probably will.
Also, MSNBC regularly features clips on their site. If all else fails, they will post a full show transcript tomorrow.

9. Not to put too fine a point on it
But Watergate was about a lot more than a bungled burglary, and John Dean of all people knows that. It's nice that he doesn't like Bush and all, but this is not an honest man. I will never trust him.

13. Who would prosecute?
These people have shown they are not subject to Law and there is no one that will make them...When the Supreme Court can get away with such a ruling as they did in Bush* V Gore then it is obvious there is no longer any real Law..
