Amazon.com jacking up their prices...ho ho ho, Merry Christmas!!
One week ago, I ordered 1-3 series of Everybody Loves Raymond...paid $58...today it's $99!!!

One week ago, I also ordered 1-3 series of Boston Legal...$60...today it's $85!!

Sure hope you're done with your Christmas shopping cuz amazon is just putting the screws to people. Oh, and if you have to return something after the holidays, I would suggest getting your cash back and shopping somewhere else. It'll be interesting to watch and see if the prices come back down after the seasonal rush and returns.

i've also read how writers totally get screwed over by amazon and end up making hardly anything on their books.

i am definitely going to be looking for other places to shop. i don't like the smell of amazon lately.

14. I was going to buy at Barnes and Noble online
because I got a 25% coupon. Turns out the book was the same price with the coupon that Amazon sells them for with no coupon...

9. Really.
I used to watch it, now I don't know why. I finally realized that Raymond is simply a jerk. Why would I want to watch a jerk just being a jerk?

7. Remember that Amazon also hosts 3rd party sellers...
...and they can set whatever price they like. Could be that the person who was selling the DVDs cheaply was sold out, and the next one in line had them listed for more.

Generally I'm pretty happy with Amazon's service.

15. One click is evil
Evil, I tell you.

Every time I go just to browse, my bank account empties and somehow I get more books.:eyes:

16. All my Amazon selections dropped like a rock.
I just picked up a very rare new VHS of "Why do dogs smile and chimpanzees cry?"

Was: $149, now $24.

Underdog: $16.95.

Can't complain.
