Dear Hillary,
I admire you. What you have done with and in your life is amazing. You are a strong and sturdy woman who has refused to back off from those challenging your intelligence or persistence. The right-wing fascicrats have dogged you and your husband from the day Bill was sworn into office as POTUS. You both not only survived but thrived (and you have a "whole" and beautiful daughter to PROVE IT).

Please, be strong and intelligent and courageous enough to give up your own ambitions (and, I realize I ask this when you all ready did that, for Bill, to your detriment). The American people, right and left and everything in between, want a NEW leadership. You are, nor ever will be viewed as NEW. Frankly, whether you are willing to admit it or not, you are unable to offer NEW,...and I do not say that to be mean towards you. You are IN "safe". The people have seen where "safe" politicians get them.

I'm sure you are looking at Obama and Edwards (certainly Kucinich) and saying to yourself, "They have no fucking idea how it works, what 'pressures' will be leveled against them, what attacks will be prosecuted, how they will be persecuted. They THINK they can fight and win, but they will not survive." The real-life political game is barbaric and you know it. As a former idealist, you are a full-time pragmatic clinging to the best interests of the American people in your heart and you would wage balance. I know that and laugh at the Republicans shivering at the thought of a woman, scorned and stoned, being at the helm of this country.

But, Hillary, you worked the system,...the political system,...and crossed the line of "healthy" politics. I'm not blaming you, entirely. The RW fascicorporacats (presently called "Republican" although they DESERVE to have a party named after them) FORCED all hands,...still do and will. Those greedy bastards turned politics, the art of compromise, into a war for profit. Nevertheless, you played and sacrificed rather than engaging in healthy compromise and,...you are now a 'member' of "the establishment".

You did the best you could and stayed inside, where you believed change must happen. Maybe, you can still make that change REAL,...only, not the way you want. Here is where I ask you to take your experience and wield it to the benefit of,...well,...someone like me and my family and neighbors. I ask you to exercise wisdom, without the reward of being called "President" or other labels that supposedly define the worth of individuals.

You may have to do what the rest of us do and give up your dreams to advance interests greater than you. But, you are not suffering, economically, by doing so. You may even discover something beyond your dreams, your political dreams, and become a REAL trademark on our history.

What I am suggesting, Hillary, is that you do something that shakes the politicentric system. Drop out and take an oath to turn this country around.

Sincerely Yours,

A Citizen Who LOVES MY COUNTRY

3. Just a tip for when speaking to women ......
.... "sturdy" might not be the best choice of descriptors.

I can tell you that Sparkly would beat my sorry clown ass were I to describe her as "sturdy".

8. Women are "sturdy",...far sturdier than men.
They've had to be.

Ask Sparkly.

:7

I'll betcha' she'll agree, 100%.

Maybe, the "sturdy" thing,...is your thing, rather than your assumption it would be your wife's thing.

Maybe.

12. I seriously doubt any woman would doubt that she has had to be sturdy,...
,...even my most progressive sister-in-law who's never had to take care of basic repairs but survived a man who EXPECTED the universe to reward him for being "positive".

Sheesh.

Women are sturdy.

Men don't like that.

16. I didn't mean to speak for ANY American,...just this one,...me.
I have no fight with those who want the Honorable Hillary Rodham-Clinton as the next President.

I"ll elect her if she gets there,...I SWEAR (and my promise means something).

My opinion amounts to as much as any others',...not much unless we are aligned.

11. New York did pretty good in '06
and Hillary was part of it. We did quite well in Ohio as well with a Dem Gov and a Dem Senator. This all in preparation for Ohio to finally turn Blue with Hillary of course. She ain't goin' nowhere. Now if only Florida and California would get their shit together....

13. I hope the throwup in your mouth will SCOPE with the reality that,...
,...Hillary had the opportunity to take facts and wield change WITHIN, like she said she wanted,...and she failed.

She had the information available to make a choice on the Iraq War.

She sacrificed rather than compromised let alone take a stand; and voted to give the BFEE MORE POWER.
Her hubbie played with the BFEE as if that game works with those fucking barbarians.

I apologize. I just think all those "rules" about 'enemies' are fabrications, mostly. She and Bill have been pretending like they can repair a broken system. She's raised an obnoxious amount of money 'cause the corporafascists figure her a whore. She has been, basically, a whore.

I am sorry, Hillary,...you have sold OUR body. damnit!

She has a choice, NOW,...to either PROVE she cares about our best interests or PROVE her own ambitions.

That's my opinion.

"Pandering"?

To whom, precisely, was I "pandering"?

I am SERIOUSLY interested in who YOU THINK I am "pandering".

I anticipate you will name NO ONE. Let's see how my "expertise" works out.

19. Change is a simplified campaign theme symbol
Change happens all the time. The next president will take over in 2009, not 1999, no matter who the president is. Hillary won't be redoing what she did in 1999. She'll have new problems to face.

Hillary changed over the years. She's not the same person she was in 1999. The wisdom she's accumulated will keep her from making some mistakes in the future. Change is inevitable but need not be reckless.

One candidate does not res present change. They all will change things.

Hillary isn't the monster you think she is. She's quite progressive. She has as much right to run as anybody else, and shouldn't quit before she's beaten. That will not happen until at least February 6, and perhaps won't happen at all.

If she wins, I hope you can accept her....change.

20. Won't happen..
Maybe it shouldn't. She's worked hard to get where she is, I think she deserves a shot. Definitely wouldn't be giving up if I were her at this point, with the organization she has built.

Now..

Go Edwards!
Go Obama!
