Both Iowan residents and NH residents have had
an upclose look at the candidates. The Iowa and NH press have covered ALL the top dems extensively. So has local TV. So the excuse that Edwards didn't win in Iowa and NH can't be pinned on the national MSM. Furthermore, Huckabee was outspent by a larger margin than Edwards and he won handily. So it's not all about being outspent either. Lastly, Edwards started campaigning in Iowa in 2005, and he was very well known to Iowans before that.

The fact is that Edwards lost because he couldn't attract more voters, not because he was unfairly shut out of the process. And if Obama beats him tomorrow in NH, the same thing will hold true.

1. I think Edwards has the better platform, Obama has borrowed much from him
And, Obama has the ability to attract people. He motivates and inspires when speaks. Edwards pulls at the heart strings, but doesn't quite motivate like Obama.

2. I agree, but the differences are micro not macro
and Obama is generating a movement. I think he'll win in a very decisive way tomorrow. Hopefully, Edwards will come in second, but I wouldn't put money on it.
