Why are so many political posts showing up here while there is a GD-Politics Forum just for them?

Its sort of overpowering how many exclusively political posts are finding their way here, to the General Discussion Forum. It might clear the air a bit of many of the writers, and maybe the moderators as well, were to be more mindful of where posts belong if there is already a specific Forum just for that sort of thing. Not saying anything nasty, no name calling or anything like that. It would just be nice ...

1. Become a moderator, and move those posts if it bothers you /nt

2. It's not the end of the world. Some topics are ambiguous

and difficult to categorize.

The moderators would be here 24/7 moving things around.

I scan both forums and don't find it "overpowering" to zip through everything.

But that's just me. :shrug:

and you get a bigger blow over here, vs the solid, engaged discussion over there. The Politics folks are just too logical and focused for a good ol rant. They always talk me down from the ledge and out of the Waaaahmbulance. Damn them.

At least that's why I do it.

When it gets like this, I just hang out in the lounge. As long as caucuses and primaries are going on, my guess is, things will be like this for a while.
