Sarkozy's youngest son received death threats on cell phone?
France working on deals with Arabia, civilian and military? Sarkozy paid a visit but no deals actually nailed down? http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=389&topic_id=2678859

RIYADH (AFP) - President Nicolas Sarkozy wrapped up a visit to Saudi Arabia on Monday saying French firms would sign major contracts with Riyadh potentially worth 40 billion euros, but without securing any deals.

"They are immense contracts, both civilian and military," Sarkozy told reporters. "We are talking about 40 billion euros (59 billion dollars) in potential deals."

Sarkozy, on his first Gulf tour since taking office in May, said the contracts would be signed "in the coming weeks and months."

A French official said on Sunday that delegations from the two countries signed four political and energy cooperation agreements, and outlined infrastructure and military contracts worth nearly 40 billion euros.

PARIS (AP) — The 10-year-old son of French President Nicolas Sarkozy has received death threats, the interior minister said Tuesday.

Michele Alliot-Marie confirmed French media reports that Louis Sarkozy, the youngest of the French leader's three sons, received several threatening phone calls on a cellphone registered to his mother, former first lady Cecilia Sarkozy.

"It's absolutely shocking and revolting," Alliot-Marie told Europe-1 radio. "There are people who are unbalanced, who think they're clever, who want to blackmail (people) and use these kinds of methods."

A report on the website of newsweekly Le Point said two men, aged 21 and 22, would be tried next month for allegedly having placed the calls.

OK, those items are probably not related, but... where's cheney?
