2. I would like to think he is checking out Dubai - owner of a good chunk
of America and our ports and the new home of Halliburton. If Paraguay doesn't work out, he might try Dubai. Then, if the citizens have the guts for it - we can put our dollars together and buy out Dubai's 'investments' here.

3. Cheney and Rummy are banking heavily on Dubai..
I expect that's where they will abscond to if and when the time comes.
