A very disturbing photo
Bush: The King and I
Posted Jan 15th 2008 12:07PM by TMZ Staff

With 370 days and 23 hours left in his reign, George Bush worked on improving Mideast relations -- by warmly greeting Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz al-Saud on Monday. Shall we dance?!

6. If it's disturbing, because it's two men kissing -- you have issues
If it's disturbing, because it's Bush & the leader of Saudi Arabia being buddy-buddy that's fine.

19. This photo is very telling of who dominates in that relationship
It is apparent Bush is submissive to King Abdullah although he poses to be so macho at home ("Bring it on!"). The King must know the "dos and don'ts" of male relationships in the United States, yet he expects Bush to observe his customs. Now, they are in the mideast so I don't really know what proper protocol is for the POTUS in this case: does he follow the customs of the land he's visiting or does the host concede that Bush is more accustomed to a bit of distance between two males in public in the US and honors his custom. However, then the two were in Crawford, Texas, the customs of the King took precedence once again:

One might expect the Saudis to observe American customs which is not the case here, so it appears Bush is only too willing to concede to the customs of the Saudis, even in his own country, and this raises questions about his ability to "stand up" to them. What else is he conceding to them?
