WTF? He defends the Confederate flag, he gave a speech at the CCC - now he turns up at Ebenezer Baptist Church on MLK Day? Who invited him?

1. I believe he was Governor of Arkansas

which, to the best of my knowledge, has a strong African-American community. To answer your question, I have no idea. But he is a politician and they never shy away from a photo op, so ... :shrug:

Or is it wrong to call MLK southern baptist because he was "southern" and "baptist"? I don't know the details of that church.

8. I think MLK's Ebenezer Baptist Church was

Baptist Conference. Huckabee along with Bill Clinton and Al Gore, to name a few, are Southern Baptist Convention. SBC seems to have been somewhat segregated until 1995 when it renounced racial discrimination.
