What is Neil Bush Doing in Paraguay?
BUSH REPORTED TO HAVE PURCHASED 99,000 ACRES IN PARAGUAY

Why might the president and his family need a 98,840-acre ranch in Paraguay protected by a semi-secret U.S. military base manned by American troops who have been exempted from war-crimes prosecution by the Paraguayan government?

http://www.scoop.co.nz/stories/HL0610/S00308.htm

******************

ABC Color, a leading Paraguayan newspaper is also reporting today that Bush's younger brother Neil Bush attended a leadership seminar in which he spoke about instilling a "culture of service" to better unite individuals and organizations behind a plan that serves peace and the common good. Held at the Asunción Hotel , the seminar was titled:

"Toward a New Paradigm of Leadership and Government in Times of World Crisis."
http://www.abc.com.py/

******************

The International Herald Tribune has the story:

Neil Bush, younger brother of U.S. President George W. Bush, called on Paraguay's president as the guest of a business federation allied with the Rev. Sun Myung Moon's Unification Church.

A presidential press office source, who spoke on condition of not being named, confirmed the younger Bush met President Nicanor Duarte on Thursday along with a delegation from the Universal Peace Federation, a group associated with Moon.

Duarte had no statement on the meeting.

Antonio Betancourt, a spokesman for the federation, said that Bush visited Duarte and later met with an opposition congressional leader, Sen. Miguel Abdon Saguier, and that both expressed interest in the Bush family and discussed local matters.

remaining relatively stable in the coming years.

Either there's oil on that land or something. As long as it boosts there finances I'm sure that's the only reason.

6. Rev. Moon was given troops to protect his lakes
in the region. Water is the new oil. So much money for their own pockets.

Didn't the British not allow Rev.Moon into their country. He is a cult and very wealthy (on our military).

Might be the Bush family are taking one South American country at a time for their Americas Union? Miami was supposed to be the capital but now I'm not sure what they are up to. Troops were probably swore to secrecy (and loss of life if it did get out).

Impeach them for use of military for private use. They are crooks who have robbed and murdered us. No limit on murder and genocide Congress.

11. Might I add this...
The Bush boys stole money from the Colorado Savings & Loan plus that gold from the World Trade Center (a Bush boy was head of security before 911) might have been by them. Daddy Bush got his son off.

The Savings & Loan scandal allowed the Southern politicans to steal the wealth from the North (bailouts, etc.) so they could gain power.

People forget 911 was a huge gold robbery also. No information or investigation about it. Since the WTC had been robbed previously why would they keep gold there for our treasury, etc.? It was a big plot.

Yes..they could afford to buy up 3rd world countries and bribe them (with our money).

Arrest the Bush gang...the worst criminals in US history.

to make sure his legacy has been perfectly repaired so that he can get back to Texas. Make sure no one will tell him to his face what a horrible deal the world got when the Supreme Court of the United States gave him the title and gave the barons-ceo's-mil brass-reverends the world. Since they never do anything for a single reason they used think tanks to figure out the best combinations for the selection of a hide-a-way and points of operations for other earth resources. The key resource is the water of the aquifer at the border. The entire area is rich in minerals. They want Bolivia as much as they do Paraguay (Bolivia partly for revenge). Both are land-locked and it will be interesting if all the surrounding countries who are banding together to get each other out of usury-hock to the World Bank and IMF and come up with their own currency will tolerate the fly-overs. We went in and quietly established a significant military force in Paraguay. It's also perfect for the Blackwater training camps and bases. The State Dpet doesn't give a damn how they take our money to pay those private militarists. I imagine General Rice kinda likes looking over all the printouts of how we paid for her little army of macho men. Macho-macho-macho. It all fits.

The people of Paraguay are going to have to decide whether they are going to always allow criminals to escape to Paraguay and hide themselves. But, with 99,000 there are only so many places you can hide if you have dozens and dozens of human (?) protection and the best weaponry money can buy. All paid for by us.

Well, just picture him driving around in a black limo or on bicicyle - 99,000 acres - now that's a big ranch to rake.

Oh yeah, - they are telling us that the area is rich in terrorists and that is why they need the military there.

Oh yeah - we also know how terrorist and insurgents form - bt trying to keep their people and land from being massacred and invaded - yes concocted invasion, pillage, and plunder. Thepeople targeted are somewhat like defendents, but with a lot of blood and travesty evenly distributed. With little quirks - like opening the doors of museums and either saving the bridges if they are going to need them or blow them up if they are going to fly over.

10. COVER-UP? Any relationship to the Paraguay Archives with Plan Condor evidence.
Bush Sr. may be charged in the numerous kidnappings and murders of thousands of liberal activists in South America during Plan Condor, a conspiracy of US Intelligence and fascist South American military juntas to wipe out opposition using murder as a political tool.

George Bush Sr. May Face Charges: Conspiring to Kidnap and Murder Political Activists
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=389x2459135

The Paraguayan archives evidences who was involved. Were parts hidden to protect Bush, et.al?

Anyway, this is likely why Paraguay is a target of Bush "influence" today, to cover-up past crimes.

Follow the money. Who got how much money from Bushes? Forget the land, think influence buying
with the land as cover for the real reason, a big, giant PAYOFF for concealing evidence of the murders,
and especially, evidence of US involvement by Bush Sr., Walters, Rodriguez, Kissinger, and others.

In due time, they will face a court somewhere, and the Paraguay evidence may convict them.

Italy: Judge issues 140 arrest warrants in "Plan Condor" case. Bush NOT YET indicted.

protecting the many Iran-Contra conspirators in the highest levels of this Executive junta.

The guy in power now is the guy covering up the true history!
And that is being done to prevent prosecutions for capital offenses.
