When you consider the royal fucking distressed homeowners are going through right now I want you to tax your memory and recall the Bankruptcy law (Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005), signed into law April 20, 2005. Charles Grassley (R-IA Soonsored that one. That law was a modification of existing law by our then Republican Congress at the behest of MBNA to prepare the landscape for the bankers and get you to spread 'em wide.

Just thought you should know, they saw it coming and they prepared. They got themselves a rubber and you still got screwed.
