An open letter to Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid.

Dear Ms. Pelosi and Mr. Reid:

Our country is teetering on the edge of a cliff.

How can you possibly not be aware that the criminals running our country are on the verge of attacking Iran?

(Sorry, I forgot that you too have a few fingers on those levers of power.)

So I assume that you intend to keep impeachment off the table and just sit by and watch.

Tens of thousands of Iranians will die in a "tactical nuclear attack." And there will be as much blood on your hands as that in which Bush & Co are already drenched.

Will you do nothing? Will you only seek to find a way to distance yourselves from what can only be called mass murder? Is your grasp on power so important to you that you really don't care how many human beings die?

Here's a plea to whatever is left of your integrity. Stop them before they attack.
And if you have no integrity left, stop them before you lose your seats in congress.

At present, our country is being run by barbarians who couldn't care less who lives or who dies, so long as they can hold onto power.

Do you really want to be included in that definition.

And please save your excuses and rationalizations for the rubes. The rest of us are through buying any of it.

I'd like to sign off on this letter with respect, but I just can't do it.

3. Pelosi & Reid won't do shit.

If anything, after the bombs fall on Iran, they'll publicly rally around the President and act all faux patriotic and bipartisan for the Fox cameras, claiming its their duty during our nation's time of crisis & war. Bush & Cheney are counting on it. Feingold and a few brave others will show some genuine spine and speak up but it will be too late.
