19. It was maddening, but there have been many other great Frontline specials
that have gone over all of the deceit and criminality by Shrub, Chainee and Bumsfeld. This one is probably the best of the bunch, though, tied with another doc, Bill Moyers "Selling of the War".

Still, none of this shocks me whatsover, as I've seen it in different formats on the same show and elsewhere.

60. Were Americans that stupid . . . I say NO! These computer steals have
been going on since the computers came in during the mid-1960's . . .

PLEASE SEE:
http://www.constitution.org/vote/votescam__.htm

You can scan or read the book there --- Votescam, The Stealing of America
by Jim & Ken Collier

They were Florida journalists who wanted to do a story on the elections and decided that
one of them would run for office. Election night, they totals jumped --- and then, after a "computer breakdown" fell again -- and they began an investigation.
In the early 70's they had a major book deal but when their books hit the bookstores, they
were suppressed. Their family keeps the website going to try to get the informatio to the public.

50. The 2000 Election was the most vital and crucial election of our time.
That we let these whacked-out murderous pukes, thugs and vermin steal it, sealed America's fate. Al Gore taking office was absolutely essential to prevent these scum from taking power. I had little problem with Repuke scum controlling the Congress, because we all knew as long as we had executive power, we block these vermin from ruining our country.

Plenty of blame to go around of course; but Al Gore should have screamed loud and clear during the campaign. That Shrub had no competence to be President, had a pathetic record, would be a terrible President and would take this country down the wrong road. That he didn't challenge Shrub more strongly still remains a mystery to me.

our votes were totally dissolved by this thuggish regime. They did in 2000 and again in 2004 will they do it again very possibly yes, with McCain, sad, instead of our candidates ganging up on McCain, they are ganging up on each other.

99. Gore should have had many more votes to prevent the theft.
By 2004 it was already too late. They now had what they wanted, so they couldn't steal what they already stole in 2000.

McCain though will likely prevail without a stolen election. He's in a good position right now, I'm afraid. It does not look good.

67. All those top Army Generals just resigned couldn't they
have done something, like stand up against Rummy. They disbanded the highest Generals, and it is still going on, Admiral Fallon another one gone, our only hope and now he's gone.

That's part of the military code.

esp. Rummy and Cheney. Sickening what we did to that country, how would we feel if someone came and did that to our country, but in a way, it is, with our own homegrown terrorists in the WH.

Rumsfeld should be sent to the Hague, Mr. Torture man himself, oh, Gonzo too.

80. There's a document which put him in charge of everything; and he began to visit CIA . . .
pre-war to get the intelligence bent the way he wanted it ---
really pressuring the intelligence gatherers --- who got no help from Tenet!!!

Evidently, very unusual for VP to spend such time at CIA ---

THIS is how they did it ---

Did the program comment on any of that --- ???

81. Final words: "Soon, Bush's War will be handed to someone new."
Now we must determine if this "someone new" will simply continue the occupation and waste even more money and lives, or if this person will put an end to the madness and bring our troops home.

94. or do we need another 4,000 dead?
PNAC agenda and supporters should burn in hell, and yet they are still walking around free, arrogant and smirks on their faces. We have been BS'ed and our Rights are fading away, all this for these thugs, doesn't anyone think this whole situation could be controlled by the People. We the People? or will we suffer the same fate as Germany, when the German people were saying it's not bad yet? or "I have nothing to hide" sad.

90. Does anyone else believe that our
country is now one of fascism? This election is a circus. Something horrid will happen in October and there will be NO election. The US of A is over. The Empire is dying. We have created such bad Karma. The innocent people we have killed and maimed...our comeuppance is long overdue.

Where does a person with a conscience escape? This isn't my country any longer....I don't recognize it.

I saw some young kid wearing an Obama t-shirt tonight in Trader Joe's as I got my wine so to escape as I watched Frontline...I wanted to grab him and tell him that he is a fool. Don't you know...we're fascists now. Obama will do as he is told.

It's the Rothschild/Rockefellers, Stupid!

Fuck hope...long live Justice.

93. I still remember what Naomi Wolf said, our elections will be corrupt
but giving us the illusion that we are still a democracy, a democracy they have shredded that word haven't they??? Is it Pitchforks and torches time yet? No one will come to our defense no one.

100. This Dem primary has become
a complete joke...I saw a young guy in Trader Joe's last night with his Obama t-shirt on. I just wanted to laugh, then scream, then cry...

I should have waited for him outside and told him my campaign slogan: It's the Rothschild/Rockefellers, Stupid!

Unfortunately, I think we need to spend our time on preparing for survival...not this election. Whoever is elected will do as they are told. PERIOD. Obama will probably be used to rape Africa of its very last mineral and drop of oil.

Hell, we'll be carrying buckets of water on our heads if we don't take care of the infrastructure. Goddess, I'm in a depressive state today. Sorry...but I see nothing unifying nor hopeful out there...just decaying Capitalism...which I guess, is Fascism.

Edited on Tue Mar-25-08 10:10 PM by alyce douglas
he was held up in a house, not a spider hole.

I hope * burns in hell for what he and Cheney have done to Iraq and our own country. They need to pay for their horrendous onslaught of death on innocent people. One saying "so" and the other saying war is romantic. purely sick and evil.

troops were coming, he went into the hole to hide, and pulled a "cover" over it.
