Apologies To Everyone

I posted a two-year-old story in Latest Breaking News. It came in a google alert and I was headed out the door taking two cats to the vet to get shots. Old stuff is not technically supposed to come in Google Alerts, but it can occassionally and does and I know that and should have paid more attention. It was not up to my usual standards, but considering I have a full-time job and do this (for free) in between everything else I have going at any given moment, I argue for relative judgment.

Someone took the time to PM and tell me that 'stupid is as stupid does,' apparently a reference to my complaints about posts using Michelle Malkin, Charles Krauthammer, Newsmax, Sean Hannity, etc. as vital primary sources for political news. I would be the first to agree that it was a stupid thing for me to do, and appreciate their concern for the LBN standards of Democratic Underground, but I was mildly amused to see that the DUer who PMed me has the DLC logo as their avatar. :7

Again, apologies for causing confusion and not reading closely enough.

Babylonsister brings up an excellent point -- you bring SO MUCH INFO to us here. You and she are practically my go-to sources to try to keep up to date.

What I DO find alarming is that a DUer has a DLC logo as their avatar.
