Repubs - all lies all the time.... today's inflation rate versus 1980

So I read on another blog that if you used the same formula to figure inflation that they used back in 1980, inflation would be 9%, instead of the 3.5% reported today.

Remember, back in the day, how the repubs used to hammer and hammer Pres Carter about inflation...

And the media should be reporting this...

by pointing out that 1980's inflation rate was on average, 13% and that it proves Boosh is better than Carter, and by proxy, all dems.
