Can Hillary win the nomination if she does not win the majority of Black vote in any Primary?
I am looking at the math and I just do not see it happening.

2. Yes, she can. While blacks are the most reliable group in the
Democratic base, our numbers still do not come close to the total of non-black democratic voters.
