34. I never heard that - he's always said he opposes the immunity provisions.
At the same time, he's said the value(?) of the legislation outweighs the immunity provision. I disagree, but that's not unusual.

She's a conservative Dem out of the KC machine. Yes, she's a bit better than Talent was, but only a bit.

I'm really hoping that next time she's up for election, Robin Carnahan(Mel's daughter) comes in to clean McCaskill's clock, get a truly progressive Missourian in the Senate.

117. This ammendment doesn't amke sense. it just takes the lawsuits out of their jurisdicitons
and changes the burden of proof.
