I just heard on MSNBC that the Iraqi Gvmnt has a $70?billion surplus and hubby had a great idea!
Let the Iraqis hire Blackwater and our military guys can all come home and the US Treasury can save all that money!

And then we're righ back where we started, the but the directors and shareholders of Halliburton, Carlyle, etc. would be loving it. Good time to be a sommolier in Houston...
