This thing that's been floating around just under the surface about John McCain and some lobbyist named Vicki Isemen.

Also, something else that's been floating around. Something about the Paragon Of Virtue In Chief drinking heavily.

Surely you guys have the resources to .... you know ...... like go get the scoop and report it. Right? You do do that? Report stuff? Right?

1. Nah, the media still has a role - a role recorded for anyone to see over and

over. It was their shiny revealing moment when they solidified fealty to their lord - the laughing at their loud, when with total lack of class, Bush pretended to be looking for WMD under his desk and other places.

How many familes with maimed kids or buried ones can laugh like the media did?

How many displaced Iraqis stuffed into Syria and Jordan could laugh?

What about the people who once walked with heavy loads over the bridges that were blown up?

The media can and still does.
