1. Yep
Congress needs to pass a bill regulating these bastards, and do it NOW! These jerks are playing games with the lives of people in this country that can not afford the basics of life because these guys want to make "BILLIONS" in profits!

4. Congress Can't Do Anything With Less Than 60 Democrats In Control
That's what I'm being told now!

The Republicans only needed 51 in the Senate to run things.

But we need 60 Senators!

Another lame excuse for inaction.

And if 60 Democrats are elected than we will need 70 or 80 Democrats in the Senate because 10 or 20 will vote with Republicans!

Always one excuse after another.

2. They were just as active on the short side during the recent slide down.

We need to authorize the DOE to aggressively sell future delivery contracts against the Strategic Petroleum Reserve into these rallies.

Then DOE closes out those contracts on the resulting decline in price.

It is a way to leverage the hell out of the SPR without having to actually deliver out a single drop of oil it contains.

7. The speculators make their money on the oscillations. They don't
care which way the market moves just as long as it moves quickly and in the direction that they "rigged" it to go.
