Polls show that voters are getting concerned about a machine heading up the fourth branch of government, so snarling cyborgs won't be part of a GOPer ticket for quite a while.

Fortunately for America, Cheney's mechanized parts have made him virtually immortal. So he'll still be around when the cyborg ban is lifted, ready and willing to serve his country with honor and distinction once again.
