Now, I know a "news bureau" can be one reporter & one camera guy, but I thought it was really funny when David Gregory said "We're going to our news bureau in Wasilla, AK now for info on what they're finding there."
All the networks have now descended on Wasilla in force. CNN, Fox and the broadcast networks are all moving in. Problem is that there is only one satellite truck in the area and he's charging $1,000 per liveshot. The networks are scrambling to find alternate means to get their signal out. This is going to be a "media circus" real soon (alla OJ).
3. Hey, I can't fault the guy with the truck. I wish I had an opportunity like that!
Yea, I know all the media have people there, including The Enquirer, but MSNBC was the first one I've seen to actually go to their "News Bureau" on air! I just thought it was pretty funny!
