1. I am doing something

Yesterday I ordered and received three signs. One that said Obama, one that said Al Doty for our area and one that said Obama, Franken and Oberstar. Less than 7 hours and the one with Franken's name on it was stolen. There shouldn't be any wonder why I don't vote Republican. Today I am ordering a bigger one if I can.

4. Seriously people! 3 responses? Surely more of you can spare a bit

of time in the next 8 weeks (and hopefully every one of those 8 weeks) for the fight of our lives. The fight to save democracy, the fight to save the Constitution.

Seriously, what are YOU doing?

You don't have to be an accomplished speaker. You don't even have to have a LOT of hours to devote. But DO something. Spare a couple hours from the internet and go help out with the fight.

I'm back from phone banking at my county Democratic headquarters. I'll be back to it later this afternoon.

It's easy. There's lots of things to do.

Don't like phone-banking? There's door knocking, envelope stuffing, manning information booths, registration drives, letter writing, all kinds of things to do. Heck, come bring the volunteers coffee and donuts (I like cookies, but whatever...)
