The cut-off for "early onset" is 65.

6. People develop it at different ages
and some won't show signs until they're well into their 90s while others will never show any signs of it.

However, once it starts, it's progressive. It certainly should disqualify anyone from holding public office or any position requiring critical thinking.

Our best medications now will slow the progress but not stop it.
