Given the recent changes to the consumer bankruptcy laws,
WHY should companies be left off the hook? Whether you believe credit companies baited consumers with easy credit or consumers got irresponsible, consumers have been left with lesser recourse. I'd like to believe that these companies should be held to at least the same standard, so at first blush I say don't let the companies off easy, or even let them FAIL.
