If they're late with paying the People back, can we up the interest rate to 30% without notice?

Can we sic debt collectors on them to make sure they're paying us back on time?

What's "good" for us should be good for them too, right?

1. Great idea! Lets give them the same terms the credit card companies gives us!
If they are late on any other payment we can jack up their rate too.

5. I think they should get a credit card teaser rate, and then jack it up to 24% after a while !

6. Hey, we're offering a great rate! Its not giant!
A really, a great rate*!

terms and conditions apply. "Great rate" is understood to actually mean variable rate. Taxpayers reserve the right to change rate of interest at any time.
