It's KILLING me that there has not been one (1) person on TV
all day who has delineated a single specific of any kind of a progressive solution to this friggen mess. They've interviewed people who fear not being able to get credit.. but not one person who complains that last week apples were $1.29 per lb. and are $1.79 per lb. this week..

No one seems to have noticed that this "improved" bill contains NO TEETH to punish bad actors, or that there is NO legally binding language to recompense the public in any degree..

just tics me off

2. Networks & their sponsors have too much "skin in the game"
THEY know what they want, and only people with views that line up with theirs, will be allowed to talk about it..

the regular pundits are akin to the "expert" witnesses that every trial lawyer has on retainer.. their views are well known, and they work for a fee..

4. egsackery ,
why should they push for a fair and equitable solution to spending our tax dollars when they can holler "fire" and continue to collect a paycheck?

There was more on the morning news here about pets up for adoption than what is going to happen if this or that doesn't happen.

Yeah, they know the market wery, wery, well.

5. "NO TEETH to punish bad actors"?
Hell, at this point, I'm ALMOST willing to settle for not rewarding them. Punishment (not shielding them from natural consequenses) seems to be so very far from what's being discussed.

7. Corporate McPravda's pleading poverty, too.
Yet, they still find the wherewithal to lie.

Great observations, yours, annabanana: Pulitzer-worthy.
