Family Equality Council gets responses from Obama (personalized) and McCain (form letter)

John McCain has responded to a letter written to him by Family Equality Council's Executive Director Jennifer Chrysler in July, according to the organization.

The letter was issued to both candidates and asked questions regarding how their administrations would work to "recognize, respect, protect and celebrate all loving families in the U.S."

Sen. Obama's response can be viewed here. It was received on July 30, 2008.

Sen McCain's response can be viewed here.

"We encourage you to check out both letters and decide who would better represent you and your family. And whatever you decide, just remember to vote!" the Family Equality Council wrote on its blog.
