He was a (D) that supported bushco, and spoke at the repuke convention in 2004 election. An old crazy and histrionic fart that challenged Chris Matthews to a duel. Matthews couldn't stop laughing because this guy was so hysterical and crazy.

I've been trying to remember his name for 3 days; I'm having a brain fart.
