We have all heard how AIG attended a $440,000 company retreat last month at Southern California's very fancy St. Regis Resort days after taxpayers bailed their ass out.

Everybody is acknowledging how bad this "looks" - but WTF is the gov doing to REALLY getting the money back?

I know this topic is already getting posted out, but interestingly - today at work the lunchtime discussion was dominated by this; and both Dems and rethugs on staff were fuming equally. :mad:

Damn good thing Obama opened up debate #2 with a call to hold AIG accountable --- and what is AIG doing? Rumor has it they are planning ANOTHER retreat at some swanky Ritz-Carlton Resort next week.

How can this continue in plain sight? :shrug: :wtf:
