None of these "business experts" have any answers except TAXES TAXES TAXES. Their only answer to anything is "dont tax me bro". They don't know anything else. NOTHING ELSE.

No answers.

Almost the entire financial world is held hostage by this no tax ideology.

Guess what clueless investor motherfuckers? The party is up. Obama WILL be the next President. The Dems WILL have a huge majority. I hope they tax the ever loving shit out of you selfish mother fuckers.

The party is up investor assholes, step aside and let the grownups take control.

11. The real problem...
...is the titanic fiat money debt bubble. That has been the real problem for almost 40 years.

They always end this way.

20. No, with the top 1% owning at least 50% of the wealth,
There's plenty to tax. I also want to see all the money back from the golden parachutes those bastards took.

8. it is sadly true
There are some out there that are against taxes just as a knee jerk reaction, I have a friend who makes quite a bit more that I do, she cries every year because she has to pay a lot of taxes, I told her I would trade with her any time she wished, I will take her income and tax bill and she can have mine.... She does the same crying every year, I make the same offer and she sees that I am right then we go through it again the next year... They cannot let it go.

10. Pundits are NOTHING more than opinion givers. Anyone
ok, almost anyone on DU could do just as good a job as ANY pundit on cable or network tv. And the "experts" on the financial outlets.....they are nothing more than rich investors who are looking out for their own good. Their "advice" isnt for we commoners.

14. THEY KNOW NOTHING! NOTHING! NOTHING!
I heard that somewhere.

But as far as taxes go, are these the same economic geniuses who applauded George W. Bush's fatcat tax cuts while he was launching two elective wars of empire? Don't you have to raise some revenue when you're raising an army? Seems like a simple, time-tested formula to me, but I don't have an MBA from Harvard like Mr. Bush does, so there's probably some subtlety that I'm missing.

16. I have a right wing friend, though not a good friend, who carps constantly about his tax burden
He emailed me sometime ago about having to pay $3000 tax on his $8000 gain in the market, leaving him with only a $5000 net.

I replied that we had a bit of good fortune in my family, that my son lost his job at a local factory, so he was getting a huge tax cut for himself and my three grandkids.

I wrapped up by expressing gratitude that my son didn't have to endure his problems.

He went back to emailing me beer commercials with tits and redneck jokes.

17. Expert schmexpert
No one bats an eye at $8 per trade going to a brokerage, and that's at the cheap end. If a small percentage went to the government, all of a sudden they don't have enough money to pay it. These no tax chumps are the first to complain if they see a pothole in the road or if it takes more than 5 minutes for a cop to show up when they call 911.
