"The American Taxpayer Is Likely To Eventually Make Money On This"

4. Were you able to see last week's Jon Stewart where he hd
A split screen, frame by frame, spin out of Bush on TV saying how needed the IWR was so we could stop Saddam, and how needed the Bailout was so that we could stop a huge economic mushroom cloud?

IT was the SAME DAMN speech. Substitute cash infusion for Shock and Awe, and you have the same speech.

SO I think it is only natural we expect the same sorry results.

5. Because Paul Wolfowitz said the reconstruction of Iraq would be free...
...to the US, paid from Iraqi oil revenue.

6. He meant to say, "Some American taxpayers will make out like bandits."
"The rest of you suckers are boned for the next hundred years."

7. Probably too many years of listening to politicians
paint rosy pictures for how wonderful life will be if we just give their rich cronies more of our hard earned dollars.

All they have to do is open their mouths and I can smell the bullshit, even if they're commenting on the weather.

8. LOL, I know. Remember, though, I think we made a small profit on another bailout,
the S&L bailout. Not much, but something.
