Irony Alert: Anti-abortionists accuse Planned Parenthood of using 'intimidation tactics'

Hypocrisy now. Hyprocrisy forever. :freak:

from the American Family Association's OneNewsNow, so you KNOW it's going to be unbiased:

Fighting Planned Parenthood's intimidation tactics
Charlie Butts - OneNewsNow - 10/11/2008 4:10:00 AM

Planned Parenthood is again attacking an Aurora, Illinois, pro-life group.

It all began when the Pro-Life Action League tried to expose Planned Parenthood's construction of an abortion clinic by allegedly devious means. League spokesman Eric Scheidler claims the federally funded abortion provider used illegal tactics against them.

"They decided to attack their opponents -- myself, my father, the Pro-life Action League, and the other people out here in Aurora -- who didn't want to have a massive abortuary in our town, and called us violent criminals with a history of encouraging others to engage in violence and intimidation, which is patently false. And they know it," he contends.

Scheidler sued Planned Parenthood for libel and slander, but lost the case. "What Planned Parenthood is doing now is using a law in Illinois, which many other states have, too, which (protects) small grassroots activists from being intimidated out of speaking out by large developers who have a lot of money and threaten to sue them," he adds. "They've turned this law completely upside down."

The process makes the pro-life group the aggressor rather than Planned Parenthood, which is now asking for over $300,000 in attorney fees. Scheidler says he will appeal the case.

2. I remember when the Planned Parenthood Commandos burst into our house
And forced us to start having sex with condoms. I've felt inadequate as a human ever since for not having six or seven kids I can't afford. DAMN YOU PP!!

6. Thanks for the comment. I thought that was one of my better recent jokes
I was afraid it was going to drop into obscurity. Much like the usefulness of my sperm. Sigh.

7. These people are beyond crazy. I told my husband the other
day that I don't know if I could bring myself to ever have an abortion and thats not the issue! The issue is, the government doesn't need to be involved in that "choice".

No group of women have ever decided "hey girls! let's go out and get ourselves knocked up and go and have some abortions! It will be fun!". What the fuck is wrong with these people?
