But Scheiffer moved to his right, towards McCain's side of the table, and McCain had to change direction and come back to his side. He made a goofy face when he did it, and this might be that face taken from the front of the stage, over the table.

108. This photo is actually taken from the side. They are facing the audience, and McCain is actually

several feet to the side of Obama, which you can't tell from this photo.

He got up from his chair, they both started walking when he realized he didn't know exactly how to get off stage. I suspect he may wear glasses when he's not in public, and couldn't see that just beyond the stage there were stairs!

He was bumbling around up there, and probably felt embarrassed at being seen publicly not knowing what the #### he was doing: not being in total control, screwing around. He looked at Schieffer, as in eye contact, and made this expression, probably thinking he was coming across as having a good sense of humor about himself, but he look absolutely ridiculous, instead. Very, VERY uncool.

It was one of THESE moments, as the photo below of _Bush, when the guy thought he could seem good natured by "clowning around." You may remember when the _Bush photo was taken, after he made a speech in China, and attempted to leave, and headed for a door, which was locked! In the _Bush case, the guy was supposed to have walked off stage, BEHIND that screen immediately behind him. Instead, he ignored the logical path to take, and walked up and across in front of the screen, past the first row of the audience, and headed for a door the audience might have used, had it not been locked at the time.
