7. Luigi is well know as being one of those "psycho Catholics" who would vote anti-choice.

His extensive travels to the mushroom kingdom have lead him to a more global view of issues and he his constant optimism regarding what he claims to be moving to the next level has pushed his progressive views more forward. He has openly shown that optimism and hope are what drives him when he spoke at the DNC in Denver last summer with a new catch phrase: "Da princessa is always in the next-a castle! We gotta mova to da next-a level!"
