Jeb Bush calls the "Oedipal rivalry" in Oliver Stone's Bush movie "High-Grade Hooey"

Oliver Stone has described his new film "W." as an "empathetic" portrait of President George W. Bush. But Bush's younger brother, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, has a different take on the director's latest feature.

Stone's film revolves around the relationship between George W. Bush and his father, former President George H.W. Bush, and goes so far as to imply that the decision to invade Iraq stemmed in part from Bush the Younger's desire to move out from the shadow of Bush the Elder.

"The Oedipal rivalry is high-grade, unadulterated hooey," Jeb Bush told the Washington Times. Perhaps if Jeb had been consulted by Stone or screenwriter Stanley Weiser during the making of "W." he could have steered them differently. But Jeb says he "didn't receive a call," from either.

2. Even if it was, the movie did a masterful job showing us how Bush blew it with Iraq

The family stuff was just there to keep the story going. The movie showed how all the poor decisions were made and that is what most people will take away from it.

I think it's pretty clear that Poppy has been rocked by his son's failures. He breaks out crying constantly.

3. Which one is Jeb? The one that cost taxpayers a billion?
Or the one that stole an election?

It's hard to keep the Bush crime family straight.
