Abducted Boy Found in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS — A 6-year-old boy kidnapped from his home early Wednesday was found late Saturday walking along a street in “extremely good condition” a few miles from his house, Las Vegas Police Captain Vincent Cannito said early Sunday.

Officers received calls from people who saw Cole Puffinburger wandering a sidewalk four days after three men trying to collect drug money from the boy’s grandfather burst into the home claiming to be police officers.

“Cole’s home,” said a tearful Robert Puffinburger, the boy’s father, at a press conference outside of police headquarters. “Cole’s back. I’m just glad he’s safe and back home.”
